1. القبول والأهلية | Acceptance and Eligibility

1.1 القبول | Acceptance

العربية: باستخدام تطبيق لقاء ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه وجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.

English: By using the Leqaa app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 متطلبات العمر | Age Requirements

العربية: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق. باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك تقر وتضمن أنك:

English: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you:

• تبلغ من العمر 18 عاماً على الأقل | Are at least 18 years old

• قادر قانونياً على الدخول في عقد ملزم | Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

• لم يتم منعك من استخدام التطبيق | Have not been previously banned from the App

• لن تنتهك أي قوانين محلية أو دولية | Will not violate any local or international laws

2. إنشاء الحساب | Account Creation

2.1 المعلومات الدقيقة | Accurate Information

العربية: يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة عند إنشاء حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك.

English: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 حساب واحد | One Account

العربية: يُسمح لك بإنشاء حساب واحد فقط. الحسابات المزيفة أو المتعددة محظورة وقد يتم إيقافها.

English: You are allowed to create only one account. Fake or multiple accounts are prohibited and may be suspended.

3. قواعد السلوك | Code of Conduct

العربية: أنت توافق على عدم:

English: You agree NOT to:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني | Use the App for any illegal purpose

• انتحال شخصية شخص آخر | Impersonate another person

• التحرش أو إساءة معاملة المستخدمين الآخرين | Harass or abuse other users

• نشر محتوى غير لائق أو مسيء | Post inappropriate or offensive content

• إرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها | Send spam or unsolicited messages

• الترويج للخدمات التجارية | Promote commercial services

• جمع معلومات المستخدمين | Collect user information

• استخدام برامج آلية أو روبوتات | Use automated software or bots

• التلاعب بنظام المطابقة | Manipulate the matching system

• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية | Violate intellectual property rights

• نشر فيروسات أو برامج ضارة | Distribute viruses or malware

4. المحتوى | Content

4.1 المحتوى الخاص بك | Your Content

العربية: أنت مسؤول عن جميع المحتويات التي تنشرها (الصور، النصوص، الرسائل). بنشر المحتوى، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستخدامه وعرضه وتوزيعه.

English: You are responsible for all content you post (photos, text, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it.

4.2 المحتوى المحظور | Prohibited Content

العربية: يُحظر نشر محتوى:

English: You may not post content that is:

• جنسي صريح أو إباحي | Sexually explicit or pornographic

• عنيف أو يحض على الكراهية | Violent or promotes hatred

• مضلل أو احتيالي | Misleading or fraudulent

• ينتهك حقوق الآخرين | Violates others' rights

• يحتوي على قاصرين | Contains minors

4.3 الإشراف | Moderation

العربية: نحتفظ بالحق في مراجعة وإزالة أي محتوى ينتهك هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.

English: We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات | Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 الاشتراك المميز | Premium Subscription

العربية: يقدم التطبيق اشتراكاً مميزاً مدفوعاً مع ميزات إضافية. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير بإشعار مسبق.

English: The App offers a paid premium subscription with additional features. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5.2 الفوترة | Billing

العربية: يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية. يتم الفوترة عبر متجر التطبيقات (Apple App Store أو Google Play).

English: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Billing is processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

5.3 الإلغاء والاسترداد | Cancellation and Refunds

العربية: يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات متجر التطبيقات. المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا كما هو مطلوب بموجب القانون.

English: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.4 العملة الافتراضية | Virtual Currency

العربية: قد يقدم التطبيق عملات افتراضية أو عناصر داخل التطبيق. هذه ليس لها قيمة نقدية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.

English: The App may offer virtual currency or in-app items. These have no cash value and are non-refundable.

6. الخصوصية والأمان | Privacy and Security

العربية: استخدامك للتطبيق يخضع أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

English: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. الملكية الفكرية | Intellectual Property

العربية: التطبيق ومحتواه (باستثناء محتوى المستخدم) مملوك لنا ومحمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية.

English: The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. إنهاء الحساب | Account Termination

8.1 الإنهاء من قبلك | Termination by You

العربية: يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات التطبيق.

English: You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8.2 الإنهاء من قبلنا | Termination by Us

العربية: نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق إذا:

English: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:

• انتهكت هذه الشروط | You violate these Terms

• شاركت في سلوك غير لائق | You engage in inappropriate conduct

• تلقينا شكاوى متعددة ضدك | We receive multiple complaints against you

• قدمت معلومات كاذبة | You provided false information

9. إخلاء المسؤولية | Disclaimer of Warranties

العربية: التطبيق مقدم "كما هو" و "حسب التوفر". نحن لا نضمن:

English: The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant:

• أن التطبيق سيكون خالياً من الأخطاء | That the App will be error-free

• أن الخدمة ستكون متواصلة | That service will be uninterrupted

• دقة المحتوى أو المعلومات | Accuracy of content or information

• أن تجد شريكاً مناسباً | That you will find a suitable partner

• سلوك المستخدمين الآخرين | Other users' conduct

10. تحديد المسؤولية | Limitation of Liability

العربية: إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

English: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• فقدان البيانات | Loss of data

• فقدان الأرباح | Loss of profits

• الأضرار الشخصية أو العاطفية | Personal or emotional damages

• التفاعلات مع مستخدمين آخرين | Interactions with other users

11. التعويض | Indemnification

العربية: أنت توافق على تعويضنا والدفاع عنا ضد أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة) ناشئة عن:

English: You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• استخدامك للتطبيق | Your use of the App

• انتهاكك لهذه الشروط | Your violation of these Terms

• انتهاكك لحقوق الآخرين | Your violation of others' rights

• المحتوى الذي تنشره | Content you post

12. حل النزاعات | Dispute Resolution

12.1 القانون الحاكم | Governing Law

العربية: تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في موقع تشغيل الشركة.

English: These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the company's operating location.

12.2 التحكيم | Arbitration

العربية: أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط سيتم حله عن طريق التحكيم الملزم.

English: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. التغييرات على الشروط | Changes to Terms

العربية: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنخطرك بالتغييرات المهمة عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك لها.

English: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. السلامة والأمان | Safety and Security

14.1 اللقاءات الشخصية | In-Person Meetings

العربية: إذا قررت مقابلة مستخدم آخر شخصياً:

English: If you decide to meet another user in person:

• التقِ في مكان عام | Meet in a public place

• أخبر صديقاً أو فرداً من العائلة | Tell a friend or family member

• كن حذراً بشأن المعلومات الشخصية | Be cautious about personal information

• ثق بحدسك | Trust your instincts

14.2 الإبلاغ | Reporting

العربية: إذا واجهت سلوكاً غير لائق أو مريباً، يرجى الإبلاغ عنه فوراً من خلال التطبيق.

English: If you encounter inappropriate or suspicious behavior, please report it immediately through the App.

15. أحكام عامة | General Provisions

15.1 الاتفاقية الكاملة | Entire Agreement

العربية: تشكل هذه الشروط الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبيننا.

English: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

15.2 قابلية الفصل | Severability

العربية: إذا تبين أن أي حكم من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإن الأحكام المتبقية تظل سارية.

English: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 عدم التنازل | No Waiver

العربية: عدم إنفاذنا لأي حكم لا يشكل تنازلاً عن ذلك الحكم.

English: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 التنازل | Assignment

العربية: لا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط. يجوز لنا التنازل عن حقوقنا لأي طرف.

English: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any party.
